2011 Australian Achiever Awards
Dunlop Flooring has for its second year in a row, received a Highly Recommended Award in the 2011 Australian Achiever Awards for Australia's Floor & Wall Services Category.
Now in its fourteenth year, the Australian Achiever Awards are an independent, unbiased award system based on assessment ratings received from a business's own customers.
Dunlop achieved a 93.75% score for our customer relations and service. Anything above 80% overall is regarded as exceptional and reflects outstanding customer service. This is an excellent result and a reflection of Dunlop Flooring's internal approach to service and the high standards we set ourselves.
The award system focuses on seven criterias each scored separately:

The criterias are rated individually in percentage terms and the final score is an amalgam of these.
