CSIA Award
Dunlop Flooring's Customer Service team won the Highly Commended award in the category of "Contact Centre Victoria". The award was presented by the Customer Service Institute of Australia (CSIA) at their Annual Customer Service Excellence Gala Awards held at the Star City Casino in Sydney on 22 October 2009. The competition was strong across all categories, with all award recipients being chosen from a field of Australia’s top and most successful customer service organisations. Some of these being, Telsta, RACV, Virgin Blue, Nokia, Maxxia, Citipower, AMP, ING, Westpac, McMillan Shakespeare, MLC.
The Australian Service Excellence Awards recognises and rewards the ingenuity and innovation of Australia's most outstanding customer service driven organisations and individuals. With each year passing the Awards have grown considerably in both size and stature, and the Australian Service Excellence Award is now a widely recognised and sought after symbol of both personal and business excellence.
The Awards highlight the passion and drive that so many leading organisations and individuals share in ensuring new benchmarks are being set for customer service levels across our great country. This award is a fantastic achievement and reflects the enormous effort that the Dunlop Flooring team has put in over the past 12 months and the value it places on providing customer service excellence to our valued customers.
