Floorworld Mittagong and Dunlop Flooring are proud to make a donation to the Hilltop Northern Villages Cricket Club.
Floorworld and Dunlop Flooring believe in the World Health Organisation’s Global Strategy on Diet, Physical Activity and Health. That’s why we are proud to commit $1 per roll from the sale of each roll of Dunlop Crown Premium Carpet Cushion to the Children’s Healthy Activity Programme. This Programme, established by Floorworld and Dunlop Flooring, is especially designed to help community-based children’s sporting groups through direct funding.
The Hilltop Northern Villages Cricket Club, established in 1946 was selected for the Children’s Healthy Activity Programme by Floorworld Mittagong’s Owners Robyn Orr and Peter Falstein. Robyn says “The Hilltop Northern Villages Cricket Club is long established at a senior level and are now actively getting behind the juniors and encouraging boys to take up cricket at a young age, helping kids in the community”.
A donation of Cricket Gear for under 12’s to under 14’s was presented to the Hilltop Northern Villages Cricket Club, Club President Adam Stephens in November 2009. The donation was greatly appreciated and will be used during this year’s cricket season.
